It’s not often that I use the word “genius”, but when describing Chris Opperman’s latest release Chamber Music From Hell, it is most definitely appropriate! This is his most ambitious work since “The 22nd Overture,” and without a doubt his best work to date. Chris runs the gamut on this musical roller coaster ride, weaving through tones, textures, styles and imagery with the greatest of ease. With music that sparks imagination and provokes astonishment, Chamber Music From Hell is a must listen for all who appreciate originality and enjoy being challenged musically.
